Reacting to the feel of the fabric or the play of colors in different fabrics, designing a picture or a piece of clothing out of a variety of fabrics and textures, finding a unique use for yarns, ribbons and other embellishments, creating new fabric with paints and dyes, or threadpainting designs...
these are all things that excite and intrigue me about working with textiles and fiber.
